Division Information Devices Division, Spintronics
Job description This laboratory conducts research and education based on basic physics related to spin control and its function improvement to application to material & device technology and its integrated system in anticipation of application development to next-generation electronics as spintronics.
In addition, seeking those who are actively involved in the management of nano-spin laboratory facilities. For education, the candidate will be in charge of lectures on electrical information systems in school of engineering, as well as graduation research for graduate and undergraduate students.

Qualifications Ph. D or related doctoral degree.
Ability to communicate properly in Japanese or English is required.
