半導体素子の中を観てみよう．
Visualization of carrier distribution in semiconductor devices.
CPUやメモリそして太陽電池に至るまで多くの半導体素子の内部構造はPN接合を基本としています．ここではP型及びＮ型半導体中のホール及び電子の実空間分布を手に取るように見る事ができる顕微鏡技術とそれを用いた実測例を概説します．（長康雄）
CPU, memory and solar cell, etc., such semiconductor devices are mainly composed of PN junction. Here, a special microscopy technique which is able to visualize distribution of hole and electron and actual visualization images of those in semiconductor devices are introduced. (Yasuo Cho)
