論文指標をより良く理解するための「研究交流会」を開催
Online Research Meetup to Better Understanding of Research Metrics
通研内の研究交流を目的として研究交流会を毎年開催していますが，今年は，最近よく耳にする「Top 10%論文率」などの論文指標をテーマに，講演とざっくばらんに意見交換をする会を11月22日にオンラインで開始しました．約40名が参加し，講演でまずはその調べ方や仕組みを理解しました．そして，事例の共有や，うまく付き合って未来の研究生活を豊かにすることができるか等の話で盛り上がりました．（北村喜文）
Online research meetup to understand research metrics better was held on November 22. With approximately 40 RIEC researchers and students, we shared example cases and talked about whether we could get along well with them and enrich our future research life. (Yoshifumi Kitamura）
