第11回脳機能と脳型計算機に関するRIEC国際シンポジウムを2023年2月17日～18日に開催しました。今回は対面とオンライン配信を合わせたハイブリッド形式で開催し、6カ国から104名の方にご参加いただきました。神経生理学、機械学習、脳型ハードウェアなど幅広い分野の発表と質疑が行われました。（佐藤茂雄，山本英明）
BFBC2023 was held on Feb. 17-18, 2023. The meeting was held in a hybrid format and gathered 104 participants from six countries. Presentations from various fields including neurophysiology, machine learning, and neuromorphic hardware were made with active discussions. (Shigeo Sato, Hideaki Yamamoto)
