A researcher who will be the Principal Investigator (Pl) is requested to apply for a research theme and submit a report through the RIEC Nation-wide Cooperative Research Projects System.

Please file an application by the deadline after perusing the Application Guidelines.

Login for RIEC Nation-wide Cooperative Research Projects System

When a login ID and password are obtained after the above user registration, log in to the RIEC Nation-wide Cooperative Research Projects System and file an application.

User registration

The Principal Investigator (Pl) who will use the system for the first time is required to complete user registration in advance to obtain a login ID and a password.· Please send the application well in advance to allow sufficient time for user registration by the each application terms, as user registration may take a few days. Those who registered as users in the previous fiscal year can continue to use the system without the registration.
As described in the Application Guidelines, the Pl is mandated to file an application after completing consultations with his/her research collaborator of RIEC (a RIEC teacher who assists the Pl for a relevant research theme) regarding a research theme, a research plan, etc. Be sure to contact the research collaborator of RIEC in advance before filing an applicaion. No user registration is needed for joint researchers.
