How to apply

Applicants for RIEC Cooperative Research Projects (Type A & Type B) in fiscal 2026 should note the following;

1. A researcher representing his/her research team, called the Principal Investigator (PI), shall apply only after consulting a selected research collaborator of RIEC about a research theme/plan, etc. in advance.
2. Those who use the system for the first time are required to complete user registration beforehand to get a login ID and a password. As user registration may take a few days, please complete it not later than 10 days before the application deadline. Go to “User registration”.
3. Please file an application through “RIEC Cooperative Research Projects System.” Go to “RIEC Cooperative Research Projects System”.
