Research Activities
Our research activities aim at clarifying the interaction between electric current and magnetization via the electron spin in spintronics devices and applying them for unconventional computers such as neuromorphic hardware and Ising machine. We address the enhancement of the performance or exploration of new functionalities of the spin Hall nano oscillators, showing rf output by dc input through the magnetization oscillation and dc output by rf input through the magnetization resonance. We closely collaborate with the Applied Spintronics Laboratory at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.
