Mr. Masashi Kamiyanagi at Endoh Laboratory was awarded “The Encouragement Prize” in IEEE Sendai Section Student Award 2008.

The postgraduate Masashi Kamiyanagi was awarded “The Encouragement Prize” in IEEE Sendai Section Student Award 2008. This prize is awarded to the student who delivered the excellent paper among the others at Student Session in 2008 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers.

The subject matter of his paper is the research on “Control Theory of CC-MCML for Stable Operation under Fluctuation of the Threshold Voltage”.
