Associate Professor Natsui’s achievement is “Contribution as a secretary of the Technical Committee on Integrated Circuits”. The award ceremony was held on March 9, 2021.

Dr. Masamitsu Harasawa (Graduated from the Ph. D. program in April 2020) and Prof. Satoshi Shioiri of the Visual Cognition and Systems Laboratory received the IDW ’20 Best Paper Award. The awarded paper is ‘A study on preference of physical size of motion pictures by methods of experimental psychology’ written by Masamitsu Harasawa, Yasuhito Sawahata, Yamato Miyashita, Kazuteru Komine, and Satoshi Shioiri. The prize was awarded to the outstanding papers presented in the 27th International Display Workshops (IDW ’20) held in Dec. 2020.

This award praises research achievements of researchers and educators who engage in information-telecommunication researches and developments in environment engineering, system engineering, and all fields of engineering.
This award was given to the research on spintronics-based energy-efficient, high-performance, and highly reliable LSI design technology. The award ceremony took place on November 13th, 2020.
