Mr. Kosuke Noro at Quantum Devices Laboratory (Otsuka Group) received Best Poster Award in the 8th Symposium for the Core Research Clusters for Materials Science and Spintronics and the 7th Symposium on International Joint Graduate Programs in Materials Science and Spintronics. The poster title is “Analysis of Kondo state in quantum dots fabricated in ZnO heterostructures”
