Prof. Junichi Murota received The 3rd (2009) “ Jpn. Soc. Appl. Phys. (JSAP) Fellow ” due to the accomplishment: “Development of Atomically Controlled Processing by Hetero CVD Technology for Group IV Semiconductors ”.

The JSAP Fellow is presented to individuals who have remarkably contributed to the progress of applied physics through the continuous activities in JSAP. The commendation ceremony will be held at the 70th Autumu Meeting of JSAP started on Sep. 8, 2009.
