Mr. Tetsuya Fukushima, the first degree of master course , at Otsuji-Suemitsu Laboratory received “The Best Paper Prize” in IEEE Sendai Section Student Award 2011. This prize is awarded to a student who presented the best paper in the Student Session of 2011 Tohoku-Branch Joint Conference of Electronics-Related Institutes.

The award was given to the following paper: “Observation of Stimulated Emittion from Optically Pumped Graphene by Using The Terahertz Photon Echoes”.
