Mr. Youngkeun Kim at Hanyu Laboratory received The incentive Award in Tohoku Branch of The Institute of Electronics, Information Processing Society of Japan.

Mr. Youngkeun Kim, the 2nd degree of master course at Hanyu Laboratory, received The Incentive Award in Tohoku Branch of The Institute of Electronics,Information Processing Society of Japan.This prize is awarded to the young researchers who gave excellent presentations in 2011 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers, Japan (held on August 25-26, 2011).

The awarded subject matter is “A study on a minimization algorithm of the effect of the parameter variation in LSI using nonvolatile variable resistors”.
