On July 4, 2012, Master course student Tetsuya Fukushima in Otsuji-Suemitsu Laboratory received “Young Researcher Award” at 2nd International Symposium on Terahertz Nanoscience (TeraNano 2012).The award was given to young researchers who presented their excellent works at the poster session in TeraNano 2012.
The awarded subject is “Resonant Detection of Terahertz Radiation at Low Temperature by Assymetric Dual Grating Gate HEMT”.
