Mr. SATO Hironori, a second year student of the Master’s Program at the Advanced Acoustic Information Systems Laboratory, received a Student Paper Award during the 2017 RISP International Workshop on Nonlinear Circuits, Communications and Signal Processing.

This recognition is awarded to students who authored an excellent paper for presentation in the NCSP’17 International Workshop.The honor was awarded for the paper titled “A Compression Method for Spherical Microphone Array Recordings using Principal Component Analysis.”
