Mr. Masaki Nagatsu at the Ultra-broadband Signal Processing Laboratory received the Best Poster Award at the 2nd International Workshop on Global Research Initiative for Wireless Technology (2nd IGROW), held in Sendai, Japan, from April 23 to 24, 2025. This award was given to the best poster presentation among 21 poster presentations. The winning paper is entitled “Performance evaluation of ADGG-HEMT THz plasmonic detectors for beyond-5G wireless communication networks” authored by Masaki Nagatsu, Kenichi Narita, Yuma Takida, Hiroaki Minamide, Tsung-Tse Lin, Tetsuya Suemitsu, Taiichi Otsuji, and Akira Satou.
