Assoc. Prof. Tomohiro Otsuka at Quantum Devices Laboratory (Otsuka Group) received Minoru Ishida Foundation Research Award.

This award praises research achievements of researchers and educators who engage in information-telecommunication researches and developments in environment engineering, system engineering, and all fields of engineering.

This award was given to the research on semiconductor quantum devices and novel materials for next-generation quantum information processing.
