Mr. Yo Otake, the 2nd degree of master course, at Hanyu Laboratory received “ The incentive Award ” in Tohoku Branch of The Institute of Electronics,Information Processing Society of Japan. This prize is awarded to the young researchers who present excellent papers in 2008 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers, Japan (held on August 21-22, 2008).
The awarded subject matter is “High-speed Asynchronous Data Transfer Based on a Current-Mode Single-Track Scheme” .
