Research group of Dr. Shoun Matsunaga, Associate Prof. Shoji Ikeda, Prof. Haruhiro Hasegawa, Prof. Hideo Ohno, Prof. Takahiro Hany, and two researchers received the 31st JJAP paper award from JSAP (Jpn. Soc. Appl. Phys.).
Research group of Dr. Shoun Matsunaga, Associate Prof. Shoji Ikeda, Prof. Haruhiro Hasegawa, Prof. Hideo Ohno, Prof. Takahiro Hany and two researchers received the 31st JJAP paper award from JSAP (Jpn. Soc. Appl. Phys.) due to the accomplishment that a nonvolatile integrated circuit, where spintronics-based magnetic tunnel junction devices are combined with silicon devices, and where nonvolatile storage functions are merged into logic functions, is fabricated for the first time in the world.
The commendation ceremony will be held at The 70th Autumn Meeting of JSAP started on Sep. 8, 2009.
