Prof. Taiichi Otsuji has been awarded a 2012 IEEE EDS Distinguished Lecturer. (Jan. 22, 2013)
Professor Taiichi Otsuji has been awarded a 2012 IEEE electron Device Society Distinguished Lecturer. This award certifies potential scientists/engineers who made distinguished achievements on the field of electron devices science and technology. The EDS Distinguished Lecturer Program exists for the purpose of providing EDS Chapters with a list of quality lecturers who can presents talks at local chapter meetings. Prof. Otsuji will give his lectures in terms of the fundamental basis and recent advances in terahertz two-dimensional electronic, optoelectronic and plasmonic devices and systems at the meetings organized by local EDS Chapters over the world.
