Ishiyama-Hashi laboratory got Jury’s Special Award on Nikkei Electronics Japan
Wireless Technology Award. This award was selected from the technologies related
to wireless technology shown in the Nikkei Electronics journal in 2012. It was
awarded at the Wireless Technology Park 2013 at Tokyo Big Sight on 31st May 2013.

The awarded technology is “Wirelessly driven ventricular assist device (artificial
heart).” This technology will pave the way to the development of the fully
embeped artificial heart.
