Assoc. Prof. Shuichi SAKAMOTO, Assoc Prof. Wataru TERAMOTO, Prof. Yôiti　SUZUKI and Prof. Jiro GYOBA have received the best paper award of 9th　International Conference on Intelligent Information Hiding and　Multimedia Signal Processing (IIH-MSP 2013) in October, 2013. This award　is to recognize the excellent research activities presented in the
conference. Three presentations including this were selected as the best　paper award from 133 presentations (acceptance rate: 65%).
