Mr. TREVINO Jorge, assistant professor of the Advanced Acoustic Information Systems Laboratory, was bestowed with an Awaya Prize Young Researcher Award during its 37th conferral.

This award is given to promising young researchers in the field of acoustics.

The recipient was selected for his presentation titled “Reproduced sound field measurements for a High-Order Ambisonic system of an irregular geometry,” given at the 2014 autumn meeting of the Acoustical Society of Japan.
