Associate Professor Masao Sakuraba receives M. Ishida Foundation Research Award 2015.

This award praises research achievements of researchers and educators who engage in information-telecommunication researches and developments in environment engineering, system engineering, and all fields of engineering. This award is given to the research on plasma CVD processing for quantum heterointegration of group IV semiconductors.
