On August 30th, 2017, Deepika YADAV, a 3rd year Doctoral student at Otsuji Laboratory received Outstanding Student Paper Award, the Third Place, at 42nd International Conference on Infrared, Millimeter and Terahertz Waves (IRMMW-THz 2017).
As a result of strict screening by the Student Award Committee established by the IRMMW-THz International Organizing Committee the award was given to the best-three student presenters who were 1st-authored and presented the best content among all student oral-presentations at IRMMW-THz 2017.
The awarded subject of Deepika YADAV is “Terahertz Light Emitting Transistor based on Current Injection Dual-Gate Graphene-Channel FET.”
