Mr. Keisuke Sakamoto, the 2nd degree of master course at New Paradigm VLSI System Laboratory (Hanyu-Natsui-Onizawa Group), received IEEE SSCS Japan Chapter Academic Research Award. This prize is awarded to the young researchers who gave excellent poster presentations in “Workshop on System and LSI”.
The awarded subject matter is entitled “RISC-V based energy-efficient nonvolatile CPU with embedded accelerator-control instructions”.
