Mr. Kaede Sakai, Mr. Ken Asanothe 2nd degree of master course at New Paradigm VLSI System Laboratory (Hanyu-Natsui-Onizawa Group), received Poster Presentation Award for Young Researchers’ Meeting in IEICE Electronics Society Technical Committee on Integrated Circuits and Devices. This prize is awarded to the young researchers who gave excellent poster presentations in young researcher’s meeting organized by the society.
Mr. Kaede Sakai’s awarded subject matter is entitled “A Study on Optimization of MTJ-Based Nonvolatile Register Control Unit Based on Write Error Characteristics”. Mr. Ken Asano’s awarded subject matter is entitled “A Study on Write Energy Reduction Methods for MTJ-Based Quantized Neural Network Hardware”.
