Mr. Tomoo Yoshida, the 1st degree of master course at New Paradigm VLSI System Laboratory (Hanyu-Natsui-Onizawa Group), received IEEE SSCS Japan Chapter Academic Research Award. This prize is awarded to the young researchers who gave excellent poster presentations in “Workshop on System and LSI”.
The awarded subject matter is entitled “Energy-efficient and compact MTJ-based nonvolatile register configuration for intermittent computing”.
