Mr. Takashi Matsuura, the 2nd degree of master course, at Hanyu Laboratory received “The Best Student Paper Award” in Tohoku Branch of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, Japan. This prize is awarded to the young researchers who present excellent papers to contribute the development of electronics and information communication areas in 2008 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers, Japan (held on August 21-22, 2008).
The awarded subject matter is “Low-Power Technology of a Multiple-Valued Current-Mode Circuit”.
