Mr. Atsushi Uto at Murota-Sakuraba Laboratory was awarded “The Tohoku Chapter Encouragement Prize” of The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSPS).
Mr. Atsushi Uto, a 2nd year student of master course at Murota-Sakuraba Laboratory, received “The Tohoku Chapter Encouragement Prize” of The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSPS). The prize is awarded to young researchers who presented the best papers at the 2009 Tohoku Chapter Meeting of JSPS. The award was given to the following paper: “Change of hydrogen termination structure and hydrogen adsorption/reaction on Si(100) and Ge(100) in H2 or Ar heat treatment”.
