The graduate student Takuya Imamoto was awarded “The Encouragement Prize” in IEEE Sendai Section Student Award 2010, on December, 3rd, 2010 with the following paper:

• Title: “ New Phenomena in the Dependency of 1/f Noise Characteristics on Temperature for SiON/Poly-Si Gate N-type MOSFET”
• Authors: Takuya Imamoto, Takeshi Sasaki, Tetsuo Endoh
• Conference: 2010 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers

This prize is awarded to the students who delivered the excellent papers among the presentations at IEEE Student Section in 2010 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers.
