On November 24, 2011, Assistant Professor Akira Satou in Otsuji-Suemitsu Laboratory received “Young Researcher Award” at 1st International Symposium on Terahertz Nanoscience (TeraNano 2011). The award was given to young researchers who presented their excellent works at the poster session in TeraNano 2011.
The awarded subject is “Population Inversion in Optically Pumped Graphene: Effect of Carrier-Carrier Scattering.”
