Professor Tetsuo Endoh et al. received the “2012 SSDM Paper Award” (on September 25, 2012).
The paper which a group of Professor Tetsuo Endoh presented with groups of Professor Takahiro Hanyu and Professor Hideo Ohno at SSDM2011 received the “2012 SSDM Paper Award ”.
This prize is awarded for the best paper among all papers presented at the 2011 International Conference on Solid State Devices and Materials (SSDM2011).
