Mr. Youngkeun Kim, the 2nd degree of master course at Hanyu Laboratory, received IEEE Sendai Section Student Award.

This prize is awarded to the young researchers who gave excellent english presentations in 2012 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers, Japan (held on August 30-31, 2012).

The awarded subject matter is “Design of an MTJ-Based Variation-Resilient Basic Gate of Differential Logic”.
