On August 25, 2016, Assistant Professor Akira Satou in Otsuji, Suemitsu & Boubanga-Tombet Group received Best Poster Award at 16th International Conference on Nanotechnology (IEEE NANO 2016). IEEE NANO 2016 is the one of the largest nanotechnology conferences in the world, and the award was given to one poster presentation out of 99 who presented an excellent work at the poster session in IEEE NANO 2016.
The awarded subject is “Nanostructured Asymmetric Dual-Grating-Gate Plasmonic THz Detectors: Enhancement of External Coupling Efficiency by Array Configuration and Silicon-Lens Integration.”
