Ms. Deepika YADAV, DC2 student at Otsuji-Suemitsu-Boubanga Laboratory, RIEC, Tohoku University, has received the 2012FSY Excellent Student Paper-Presentation Award from the Technical Committee on Electron Devices, the Electronics Society of the IEICE, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Japan. This award is to recognize the excellent research activities presented in the conferences in the Technical Committee on Electron Devices, the Electronics Society of the IEICE. The award was given to Ms.YADAV by the recognition of the excellent presentation on “Emission and detection of terahertz radiation using double-graphene-layered heterostructures.”
