Ms. NODA Miharu, a first year student of the Master’s Program at the Advanced Acoustic Information Systems Laboratory, received the excellent student presentation award from the IEICE Tohoku branch. This recognition is awarded to students who gave an excellent presentation expected to contribute towards the development of communications and electrical engineering. The honor was awarded for the paper titled “Difference limen for sound localization of the approaching/leaving sound during uniformly-accelerated linearly self-motion” presented at the Tohoku young researchers’ workshop in 2017.
