Mr. Tomoki Chiba, the 2nd degree of master course at New Paradigm VLSI System Laboratory (Hanyu-Natsui Group), received The Incentive Award in Tohoku Branch of The Institute of Electronics,Information Processing Society of Japan. This prize is awarded to the young researchers who gave excellent presentations in 2018 Tohoku-Section Joint Convention of Institutes of Electrical and Information Engineers, Japan.
The awarded subject matter is entitled “Design of a compact and ultra-low power XNOR circuit based on nonvolatile quantized neural network structure”.
