Mr. KATADA Kosuke, a first year student of the Master’s Program at the Advanced Acoustic Information Systems Laboratory(Sakamoto Laboratory), received Young Investigator Paper Award from Tohoku Chapter, the Acoustical Society of Japan.

This prize is awarded to the young investigator who delivered the excellent papers among the presentations related to acoustics. The honor was awarded for the paper titled “Reproduction error of synthesized sound field using spherical harmonics and translation operator” presented at the 2nd Tohoku conferene on Acoustics.
