IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX)において末光哲也准教授が「BestPaper Award in the year 2006」を受賞

末光哲也准教授は日本電信電話株式会社の研究者3名と共にIEICE Electronics Express (ELEX)誌におきましてBest Paper Award in the year 2006を受賞しました．本賞はELEXにおいて2006年に採録された論文のうち最も優れたもの1件を表彰するものです．

受賞対象論文は「An optically clocked transistor array (OCTA) for 40-Gb/s, bidirectional serial-to-parallel conversion of asynchronous burst optical packets」です．
