遠藤研究室伊賀文崇さんがIEEE Sendai Section Student Award 2008 「The Encouragement Prize」を受賞

学部生4年の伊賀文崇さんがIEEE Sendai Section, Student Award 2008 (The Encouragement Prize)を受賞しました．本賞は，平成20年度電気関係学会東北支部連合大会における「Student Session」での発表の中から，優れた内容の発表者を表彰するものです．

受賞内容は，「Evaluation technique of SONOS type MOS diode for future nonvolatile memory」の研究です．
