中沢・廣岡・吉田研究室王怡昕（おういしん）さんがIEEE Sendai Section Student Awards 2011「The Best Paper Prize」を受賞（2011年11月29日）

中沢・廣岡・吉田研究室博士後期課程1年の王　怡昕（おう　いしん）さんが，IEEE Sendai Section　Student Awards 2011 「The Best Paper Prize」を受賞しました．本賞は，平成23年度電気関係学会東北支部連合大会における「Student Session」での発表の中から，最も優れた内容の発表者を表彰するものです．

受賞内容は，「A precise OPLL circuit employing narrow linewidth LDs and its application to coherent optical QAM transmission」の研究です．
