新概念VLSIシステム研究室（羽生・夏井研究室）の鈴木大輔助教，羽生貴弘教授が、The 3rd ImPACT International Symposium on Spintronic Memory, Circuit and StorageにおいてBest Poster Awardを受賞しました。

本賞は、The 3rd ImPACT International Symposium on Spintronic Memory, Circuit and Storageにおいてポスター発表を行った者のうち、特に優秀な発表を行った研究者に贈呈されるものです。受賞対象となった発表は、「 Design of a Multi-Functional MTJ-Based FPGA for an Ultra-Low-Power Microcontroller Unit」（著者：鈴木大輔、羽生貴弘）です。
